PALMBUX FORUM
  • You are allowed to read the forums and use them.
  • You must respect everyone in the forums.
  • You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members.
  • You can not use the forum for promotion (except the forum that is provided for this purpose)
  • Any accusation without proof against PalmBux and / or PalmBux staff will be seen as disrespectful and can lead to the removal or the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account.
USER ACCOUNT
  • Keep your password safe. If you lose it, you may request it again and it will be emailed to you.
  • You are allowed to have one account. If you attempt to create more than one account all of your accounts will be terminated.
  • Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
  • Accounts can not be sold, or passed on to another person.
  • We will not modify your account unless this is requested.
  • We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning.
  • You can only change your AP and PP address by writing the admins a ticket.
  • It is alltime possible that we change membership conditions if there is any important reason or to run PalmBux stable.
REFERRALS
  • Direct referral limits are as followed:
    • Std: 10
    • Pre 1: 15
    • Pre 6: 35
    • Pre 1Y: 60
    • Del 3: 45
    • Del 6: 70
    • Del 1Y: 100
    • Bus 3: 45
    • Bus 6: 70
    • Bus 1Y: 100
    • Roy/Lux 3: 80
    • Roy/Lux 6: 150
    • Roy/Lux 1Y: 200
    • Elite 3: 140
    • Elite 6: 200
    • Elite 1Y: 300
  • You may not refer others in your household or with the same IP.
  • Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended.
  • You earn from your rented and direct referrals.
  • You can only rent referrals when they are available.
  • You can only rent one referral pack each 7 days.
  • Referrals are rented for a certain period of time, and will be recycled when the time is over.
  • The clicks you win from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 3 advertisements being a Standard member or you click at least 8 advertisements being a Premium member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. The referrals clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Ads" page.
  • To earn the money from your referral clicks you have to click all ads every day.
  • We can not guarantee that your referrals will click all ads.
  • If you are on a shared IP or a Dynamic IP connection, and if your IP is being used by more then 1 person, then you may not get credit for the ads you click.The one who clicks first gets the credit.
ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
  • Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
  • Do not attempt to edit information through hacking, you will not succeed.
  • Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either case, when you request payout, our
  • monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack into the system will result in account termination.
  • If your account is terminated, we may decide to pursue further action.
  • If you lose money because of cheating its your own fault.
PAYMENTS TO USERS
  • All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
  • We will pay all our members.
  • The minimum cashout is $2 for standard and $2 for premium members. After the first cashout the cashout increases to $4 then $6 until $8
  • You may only request one payment at a time.
  • All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
  • We will pay to the payment address on your account.
  • We can decline any payments of users suspected of cheating.
  • Alertpay and Paypal is instant.
  • Chinese, Hongkong, Japan, Taiwan members must be upgraded to cashout.
ADVERTISEMENTS
  • We do not accept illegal content.
  • Users can view ads every 24 hours.
  • Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay, PayPal or your Ads Balance.
PAYMENTS TO PALMBUX
  • You may pay using the methods provided.
  • You will not receive any refunds.
  • Payments are confirmed using IPN.
  • If IPN fails, contact us.
  • Any attempts to chargeback or refund will end with your account suspension.
  • We never sell goods or stuff - just digtal services. There is nothing more in no way.
DONATIONS & PRIZES
  • We never sell lottery tickets.
  • If you donate to PalmBux you will receive a digital number
  • Out of all contributors we take a digital number for a winner of our donation special.
  • Payments can be made directly to your AP / PP account or to your balance - depending on what is better for PalmBux
  • If there are any attempts to cheat we can dispute your transactions.
  • You can't donate via PayPal - you just can donate via AlertPay as it is regulated in the TOS of PayPal.
  • We don't offer gamble or casino games on PalmBux in which you have to pay tickets.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
  • We can suspend any account at anytime for cogent reasons.
  • Accounts will be deleted with all records of them.
  • We will keep certain information to identify cheating accounts that are suspended.
  • We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
LIABILITY
  • We will not be liable because of acts of War, God, Nature or any other random things.
  • We can edit our website at anytime for any reason.
  • We will not be held responsible for anything out of our control. This includes anything caused by our users, host, or service providers.
  • You are not an employee of PalmBux and you are not an independent contractor for PalmBux. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or PalmBux has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
  • By joining PalmBux, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status we are not willing to do this for you.
  • We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice.Latter notices will be posted on PalmBux forum or e-mailed to you.
